We understand that AE is employed across many different industries for many different applications. Selecting the most appropriate equipment for your application can be challenging which is why we listen to our customers to understand their requirements and aid them in providing the most appropriate equipment solution that works for them.
We also understand that at times, the ‘off-the-shelf’ solution does not fit our customers’ requirements which is why we work with our customers to develop bespoke hardware and software solutions to meet the demands of their applications, whether that’s at deep sub-sea depths, in harsh radiation environments, or to simply interface with our customer’s existing software setup. We are always happy to discuss customer requests to provide the solution that they need.
Getting started with AE can be a daunting process and that’s why we provide our customers with the training programs to suit their applications. To ensure correct operation and to get the most of our AE equipment, we provide customers with the training programs they need. We provide training on the fundamentals of Acoustic Emission and operation of our systems right the way through to advanced training programs that can help our customers achieve personal AE certification. We work to tailor our training courses to the needs and requirements of our clients and as such, we can provide training at our client’s sites to ensure that the training is directly applicable to our client’s applications.
As experts in AE, we are always happy to assist with supporting our clients with their AE challenges. We are able to provide on-site technical consultancy at our client’s sites for testing, providing in-sight, system commissioning, or any other AE-related technical requirement. We have worked with many of our clients to develop their test procedures and support their testing, particularly on demanding test programs.
In addition to the on-site consultancy, we are also able to offer remote consultancy services. This can cover tasks such as procedure development, checking and review, data analysis and report writing. We have dedicated online-monitoring teams who are able to monitor tests remotely, review data and provide reporting on longer term testing/monitoring programs.
Throughout the life of our products, we want to ensure that our clients are getting the most out of them. That’s why in addition to our technical consultancy, we are able to provide remote technical support via email and telephone for the lifetime of the products free of charge, from our offices. We are happy to provide support and advice on troubleshooting and advice on general technical enquiries. We always welcome queries from our clients, however small they may seem.
We have dedicated service departments that are able to carry out essential maintenance and repairs on our AE equipment. We support our clients through conducting annual calibration and verification checks, running repairs and system upgrades to ensure that our customers continue to achieve high-quality AE testing.
In addition to maintenance carried out our service departments, we can also provide site-based maintenance visits at our customers sites, reducing the downtime of systems being taken out of service for maintenance.
