MACHINE SHOP FACILITIES

We have two fully staffed, full-featured machine shops on premises, and the machines and capability of performing high precision machining, sheet metal forming, packaging, painting, and silk screening.

Equipment includes multiple large Numerical Control, milling machines with CAD input capability, additional Milling machines with precision digital controls and readouts, multiple lathes, drill presses, band saws, cutoff saws, sheet metal brakes, sheet metal punches, air compressors, pneumatic tools, a large paint booth and a silk screening center.

Most of our machine shop work is carried out in house, assuring full manufacturing control on our products. However, we do send out high volume work to achieve the lowest overall cost for our products.
