Princeton Junction, NJ – November 2006 – The MISTRAS Holdings Group is proud to announce the acquisition of Caliber Inspection, the largest full-service Nondestructive Testing provider and inspection laboratory in the Pacific Northwest. Caliber Inspection’s NDT professionals are dedicated to ensuring customer and project success through service, quality, safety, and reliability. This specialized team includes ASNT Level II & III inspectors, QCI/AWS certified inspectors, and engineers, who have contributed to many of the regions most notable projects, from the Tacoma Narrows Bridge, Safeco Field (Seattle Mariners), and Microsoft campus construction to critical inspections on US Navy ships and composite structures for the future generations of Boeing aircraft.
Building on a nearly 50 year history, Caliber Inspection has grown through acquisition and a commitment to continuous improvement. Caliber maintains a Nadcap accredited Quality System which is routinely audited to assure technical compliance to the most stringent customer and regulatory agency requirements. Caliber specializes in advanced ultrasonic, radiographic, and eddy current inspections in addition to serving their long list of clients with traditional NDT methods.
