With safety and oversight in place, MISTRAS’ laboratories and field offices remain open worldwide and ready to serve. We’ve implemented guidelines across our operations to mitigate business and operational disruptions while enhancing safety for our employees and customers:

  • Where possible, we will continue to perform essential duties at MISTRAS offices and our customers’ job sites. In regions where we operate that are at higher risk than others, regional management has implemented appropriate safety measures.
  • We’ve designated employees to work remotely when their essential duties do not require them to be on site.
  • We’ve established and distributed internal methods for employees to immediately report cases of exposure or potential exposure to COVID-19, enabling us to proactively mitigate potential health and safety risks.

Driven by Caring Connects, we will continue to monitor guidance from government and health officials to make informed, safety-conscious decisions with the wellness of our employees and customers top of mind.

MISTRAS is committed to being there for support, helping to maximize safety and uptime for customers who fuel our homes and cars, power our businesses, and oversee our civil and commercial infrastructure is an essential service that we take seriously.
