Available Software Updates
You have the option for MISTRAS to update your laser trackers to the latest software released by the OEM. These updates help keep your equipment operating at the highest possible level and are performed upon customer request.
Cleaning Your Laser Trackers
MISTRAS effectively cleans your laser trackers to remove visible dirt and debris. This process helps to maintain equipment accuracy and promotes longevity.
Ensuring Successful Laser Tracker Calibration
Once the calibration has been performed, MISTRAS conducts a final calibration test to ensure your laser trackers are operating as expected. After this is confirmed, we will return the laser trackers to you.
Maintenance & Repair Services
If for some reason the calibration does not meet the expected standards, we investigate the issue to find the root cause. If your laser tracker requires repairs, MISTRAS can send it to the OEM to be fixed. Once the OEM performs the necessary maintenance work, your equipment is then sent back so MISTRAS can properly recalibrate. If your equipment is likely to be out of service for an extended period, MISTRAS offers you the option to utilize rental units when available.
