Job Description

As Global Product Marketing Manager for the MISTRAS Products and Systems Division (a part of the Monitoring Technologies Group), you will be the strategic link between our products, customers, and the market. You’ll own go-to-market strategy and execution for AE solutions, partnering with engineering, sales, and corporate marketing to position ourselves for commercial success. This is a hands-on, high-impact role ideal for a marketer with technical aptitude, storytelling skills, and a passion for industrial innovation.

Major Responsibilities/Activities
  • Go-to-Market Strategy
    • Define and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches and solution enhancements.
    • Develop positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with technical and executive buyers across target industries.
  • Content & Campaigns
    • Create compelling marketing and sales enablement materials (presentations, product sheets, case studies, videos, and blogs).
    • Collaborate with the demand generation team to create targeted campaigns and nurture programs that generate qualified leads.
  • Market & Customer Insights
    • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and voice-of-customer interviews to inform strategy and product development.
    • Translate complex technical concepts into accessible language tailored to specific personas and industries.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with product management and engineering to ensure market alignment and user-focused development.
    • Partner with sales to support training, customer engagement, and field marketing efforts.
  • Brand & Thought Leadership
    • Champion the MISTRAS Products and Systems brand through participation in tradeshows, webinars, and industry forums.
    • Collaborate with corporate marketing to align messaging, increase brand awareness, and ensure consistency across channels.
