Princeton Junction, NJ – March 2008 – MISTRAS Group, Inc. has announced the acquisition of Integrated Technologies, Inc. (iTi) headquartered in Waterford, CT with offices in Bohemia, NY and Manchester, PA. The iTi unit of the MISTRAS Services Division will form the core of our Nuclear Products and Service Group while operating in synergy with all other members of the world-wide MISTRAS Group. iTi is an engineering services company specializing in non-destructive testing and condition assessment of mechanical components and piping. iTi provides inspection services on heat exchangers and other components in both Nuclear and Non-Nuclear applications in addition to other metallurgical, engineering and specialty services, including In-Service-Inspection (ISI) to ASME Section XI. The existing iTi team, composed of management, engineering, technical and administrative personnel, will be joining the MISTRAS Service Group with their significant experience in the design, construction, operating and maintenance of power generating facilities, chemical plants, pharmaceutical plants and other industrial facilities. Fred Klorczyk, former president of iTi will assume the new position of Group Vice President, Nuclear Products and Services for the MISTRAS Group, while continuing to manage iTi, as in the past. “While we will continue to provide excellent service to our existing customers, our transition to the global technical and financial resources of the MISTRAS Group will introduce new NDT solutions for our customers and more personal growth and career opportunities to our valued employees”, states Fred Klorczyk.
