CONAM RECEIVES SAFETY RECOGNITION FROM EXXONMOBIL
Princeton Junction, NJ - June 2007 - MISTRAS Group, Inc. is proud to announce that CONAM
Inspection & Engineering Services, Inc. received recognition for Outstanding Leading and Lagging
Safety Indicator Performance at their Torrance, CA Refinery in 2006. The award was presented to
CONAM's Signal Hill, CA management and staff in April, 2007 by Exxon Mobil's Torrance Refinery
Manager, Max Ocansey and Bob Rickenbach, Infrastructure Improvement Initiative Project Manager.
The award was presented based on work performed at
the Torrance Refinery in the year 2006. This is the
second year in a row that CONAM has been recognized by
ExxonMobil for its outstanding safety record. The CONAM
team experienced no OSHA Recordable Incidents, no First
Aid Incidents and no Vehicle, Equipment or Procedural
Violations.

and it shows! We are working to provide recognition to
sites where safety has been exemplified," states Rod
Hazzard, General Manager of CONAM's Signal Hill, CA
Division. "I feel this recognition strongly encourages safety by recognizing everyone's efforts. We
