NEW COE FOR ROPE ACCESS MINIMIZES SCAFFOLDING AND LIFTING DEVICES FOR NDT SERVICES
Princeton Junction, NJ - February 2005 - MHG Services is proud to announce the development of a
Center of Excellence ( COE) to provide NDT services for Rope Access Applications. The COE is based
in the CONAM Inspection & Engineering Services, Inc. Pasadena, TX location and is staffed with
experienced Level III and Level II rope access personnel. Rope access allows companies to
complete their inspection projects in the most cost-effective and timely fashion, which results in
large overall cost savings.
CONAM's rope access technicians employ a full line of traditional
and advanced NDT services to perform the inspections. Our
management and staff are certified through the International
Rope Access and Trade Association (IRATA). The CONAM Rope
Access program, procedures and training have been approved
and meet the guidelines specified by IRATA. The same
operational system can be used for follow-up maintenance
activities, provided these activities are managed by our industry
experts. CONAM provides training and proficiency testing that is
also required prior to the utilization of our system.
