PETE GUEVARA NAMED WEST COAST EVERGREEN MANAGER
Princeton Junction, NJ - February 2005 - Due to the importance of our evergreen contracts
within the MHG Services group, we are changing the focus and resources applied within our
organization. We believe that we can drive our revenues, while providing the customer with
an overall cost savings through the implementation of our new technologies, as well as
standardization of inspection procedures. Some of these larger evergreen contracts can
provide as much revenue as many of our individual divisions.
In an effort to shift resources to these important contracts, Pete Guevara has temporarily
taken a lateral position change to that of West Coast Evergreen Manager. His initial duties
will be the daily administration of the BP Carson City refinery contract. This contract is one
of the larger evergreens within our system. As the West Coast Evergreen Manager, other
evergreen projects of significant importance may be assigned to Pete in this interim position
as well.
Pete has been with CONAM since its acquisition of MMP Services in Signal Hill, CA, where he
worked for many years previously. He participated in various positions from entry technician
all the way to facility general manager for the last four years. We know this change in focus of Pete's daily duties will be the best for our customer and the Signal Hill operation overall and still view him as an integral part of our management team.
