COE - ROPE ACCESS

MISTRAS Services' Rope Access division provides the ability to access and inspect difficult to reach locations using certified rope access specialists. Our solution replaces/minimizes the need to erect scaffolding, heavy cranes or sky lifts to access difficult or inaccessible areas. Industrial rope access allows companies to complete their inspection projects in the most cost-effective and timely fashion, which results in large overall cost savings especially where traditional access expenses comprise a major portion of the overall budget.

Our management and staff are certified through the International Rope Access Trade Association (IRATA) and our MISTRAS Services Rope Access program, procedures and training have been approved and meet the guidelines specified by the International Rope Access Trade Association. What differentiates us from other rope access providers is our staff of inspection professionals.

At MISTRAS we train NDT specialists in the safe and efficient techniques required to perform inspections from rope systems. This allows us to provide a full line of traditional and advanced NDT services to our client base. The same rope access operational system can be used for follow-up maintenance activities, provided these activities are managed by our industry experts. Prior to utilization of the system, MISTRAS requires training and proficiency testing to be completed.
