PdM Services to analyze bearing wear and lubrication conditions. Ultrasonic readings from the bearings can be analyzed to determine if the bearing is worn, and recorded for trending and future analysis, and also observed in real time to determine if the bearing is properly lubricated. In fact, our certified technicians can listen while grease is being added to the bearing and tell when it has enough, so as to not over grease.
